Guess What Woke Me Up This Morning?

It was a mocking bird, singing with all her heart, just outside our bedroom window. Even though it was very early and the sun was just coming up over the foothills, I loved hearing her joyful song. She rarely paused for a second and nothing seemed to distract her from her serenade. What a great way to start the day!

 Dear Lord, help me to pour out my love to you like the mocking bird, with songs of praise flowing freely from my heart and mouth. I love you! In Jesus' name, Amen.
