The Bridal Bouquet!
The evening before my brother Jack and his fiance were to be married at our house, the golden torch catcus decided to bloom for the celebration. Around 9:00 p.m. several large blossoms opened up, attracting bees and moths even in the dark. The next morning the flowers continued to stay open...very unusual because they usually wilt after the sun comes up. When Jack and Debbie arrived, we took them outside to the backyard to see the beautiful bridal bouquet God provided for them. The flowers lasted through the wedding ceremony and then shriveled up as the thermometer rose past 100 degrees and the last guests said "good-bye." We couldn't have gotten a more beautiful display had we arranged for a delivery by the top local florist. Awesome!
